sneak peek...

i started physical therapy for my ever so sore back today. apparently i am just carrying myself wrong, turning wrong & possibly sleeping on the wrong kind of pillow. so hopefully at the end of 3 weeks i will be a new woman, learning how to carry myself more straight & get more than 5 hours of sleep at a time. that'll be faaaabulous.
