this past weekend b & i had a weekend afternoon to ourselves - the first in a while, so we went snow- boarding at snow creek. here's what it looks like. anyone who lives in colorado - or, even BeEn to colorado will probably laugh at this tiny hill, (there are 2-3 more runs to the left of this hill but i took a pic of this spot because it's where the snowboarders pipes & whatnots are) but it's all we have here, and it was fun! b taught me how to snowboard 5 years ago and minus the year i was pregnant and didn't get to go at all, i've only been able to go each year once or twice. but saturday was the first time EvEr i've felt comfortable snowboarding. i didn't feel scared or intimidated, i felt adventurous and kept wanting to face my fears, like going down really steep parts. and i had a b-l-a-s-t. i didn't want to stop! i guess it's good we did when we did though because i was pretty sore on sunday...
